By participating in this Instagram contest, you agree to and accept the following Terms & Conditions:

- The Caribbean Airlines Flying High Dance Social Media Contest begins on Friday 28th June, 2019 at 12:00 a.m. (EST) and ends on Saturday 27th July, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. (EST) on the Caribbean Airlines Instagram profile (@iflycaribbean)
- This promotion is only open to all crews that are registered to compete in the 2019 USA and the World Hip Hop Dance Championship in Phoenix, Arizona
- All crews that are registered to compete in the 2019 USA & World Hip Hop Dance Championship will be given the chance to win:
- 1st Place: US$10,000
- 2nd Place: US$5,000
- 3rd Place: US$2,500
- To enter the contest on Instagram, you must follow and tag the following Instagram profiles: @iflycaribbean and @officialhhi and post a one (1) minute video of any size crew to compete: Junior, Varsity, Adult, MiniCrew, MegaCrew (maximum 40 participants) dancing to the Machel Montano Flying High Roadmix. Your entry must include the hashtags for this contest: #flyinghighwithcal #flyinghighwithhhi. Remember, you must tag the Caribbean Airlines’ Instagram profile for us to find your entry. Please ensure your entry on Instagram is set to “public” for the duration of the contest
- Videos must not contain any nudity, obscene language or lewd behavior
- No purchase is necessary to enter this contest
- Three (3) winners will be chosen by a Caribbean Airlines representative & qualified judges. The winners will be announced at the World Hip Hop Dance Championship opening ceremony on Monday 5th August, 2019 in Phoenix, Arizona
- Following the announcement, winners will be contacted by Caribbean Airlines via private/direct message on Instagram and asked to provide the following: full name, contact number (with area code), email address, copy of valid photo ID and country of residence. Winners must respond within 72 hours in order to claim their prize or the prize will be re-assigned to another contestant
- Employees of Caribbean Airlines, affiliate agencies and their immediate family are not eligible to enter this competition
- Conditions of Entry:
- Contestants acknowledge that compliance with the Rules set out above including all eligibility requirements is a necessary pre-condition to any prize in the “Flying High Dance” Social Media Contest being awarded to them. For removal of all doubt, contestants who have not complied with these Rules are subject to disqualification
- Caribbean Airlines Limited reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the “Flying High Dance Social Media Contest” at any time, if fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes beyond the control of Caribbean Airlines Limited corrupt the administration, security, integrity or proper running of the contest. In such cases Caribbean Airlines Limited will inform contestants of such cancellation, modifications or suspensions of the “Flying High Dance Social Media Contest” via notifications by electronic mail or on the Caribbean Airlines social media pages
- Caribbean Airlines Limited does not warrant that access to or use of any third party’s website will be uninterrupted or free of any of the events stated below, due to the nature of internet services and electronic communications. Caribbean Airlines Limited is not responsible for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to:
- lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the contest; or
- communications failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions or hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or
- failure of personal computers and/or software and hardware configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in the offering or announcement of the prizes or in the prize notification; or
- for any errors of any kind in connection with the promotion, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature; or e. the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the promotion; or
- any of the above arising from the actions or omissions of any third parties in relation to any aspect of the “Flying High Dance” Social Media Contest or the usage of any third party websites which are not under the control or operated fully by Caribbean Airlines Limited.
- Any attempt by a contestant or other individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the “Flying High Dance” Social Media Contest, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws in the countries where the promotion is being run. Should such an attempt be made, Caribbean Airlines Limited reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution and participants engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won
- In no event will Caribbean Airlines Limited be liable for more than the relevant prizes available under the “Flying High Dance” Social Media Contest. In the event of any conflict with any promotion details contained in these Rules and Conditions and promotion details contained in point of sale, television and print, advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media, (“Promotional Materials”) the details of the promotion set forth in these Rules and Conditions
- The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Caribbean Airlines Limited employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any provision or provisions of these Rules and Conditions in any manner whatsoever
- All contestants agree to take part in any promotional, marketing or publicity activities or events reasonably requested by Caribbean Airlines Limited and consent to the use and disclosure by Caribbean Airlines Limited in any form of media of their names, likenesses and/or general areas of residence without compensation or further reference
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to Caribbean Airlines Limited and not to these platforms. The information you provide will only be used for communicating with you and awarding you with the prize that you may win
- All contestants agree to take part in any promotional, marketing or publicity activities or events reasonably requested by Caribbean Airlines Limited and consent to the use and disclosure by Caribbean Airlines Limited in any form of media of their names, likenesses and/or general areas of residence without compensation or further reference
